Plenums

How many of you use plenums in your systems?
If not why?

If it does the same thing, then why do GARF and others use plenums? Do plenums work better?
Understood regarding multi postings. However, I didn't know if evergyone looked at each forum?

Thanks. Do most DSB users still use a sump & wet/dry filter or just the DSB, LR & Skimmer combo?
