...and I thought PVC was supposed to be cheap! A couple of years ago I put in a sprinkler systems in my yard and all that pipe and supplies started to add up quick. Its all worth it in the end though.

i figure i got about $500 into plumbing alone...and i'm no where near done...those valves are killers I have one everywhere down the line...and unions..
Gets worse when you get into 1.5in and 2 in..

interesting
i have two drain holes drilled middle back of the tank one on each side of the overflow box.... both will be 1" bulkheads then they will join in the back in a 2" T that will go straight down to the dart pumps 2" intake then the return will be straight back to the top of the tank where i will have the OM unit mounted like in the pic u have of it installed atop the tank...
ill have 2 returns come through the middle of the tank throught the euro bracing the other two will return throught he back of the glass towards the corners where i have holes drilled but im guna run some black pipe down a bit so its more centered in the back of the tank for a mid level flow
im starting the plumming ill post some pics soon the 4 way should be here any day now

well that was the idea that i found anyway, i was thinking on going woth it but i'd like to see your plans as well, if you can get as many pics as possible that would be great!

I have the tank but haven't done anything to it yet, i would like to drill the back but want to have a set idea before i drill it, you know what i mean, if you get too many pics could you email me ...hummer1011@netzero.com , that would be kool :joy: with my tank i have 2 overflow boxes , thats why i was going to use 1 of them for the closed loop as in the pic i found. for my return i was going to have a spray bar with the lock tite tubing, that way i can aim the water flow any way i want. i like your ideas for yours, keep me informed on your progress
