If you have ANY ich or velvet (fish parasites) do not add ANYTHING else till:
1. the fish u have are removed from the tank and treated for 4-6 weeks and absolutely cured of the parasite.
2. the fish u have will have to go into a 20 or so gallon tank for quarentine/treatment and the main tank must remain fallow (absent of fish) for 4-6 weeks while the parasite dies out/terminates it's life cycle... This Qtine tank will need saltwater, a filter of some type, and large dark coffee cups or 2-3 inch diameter PVC pipe fittings for the fish to hide in......Liverock and sand in a Qtine tank do not work well, as these things absorb the medications needed to treat the fish....Copper meds work best, either coppersafe or cupramine solution.
3. once the main tank is free of parasites, and your fish are too, they can go back in, but never ever add anything anything to the main tank unless it is qtined first.
A tank with ich will kill most any fish u put in it eventually, and usually within 7 days.....A tank with marine velvet will kill all fish usually within 48 hours.
Aside from your fish - your tank is too small to keep any tang long term.....tangs grow to at least 6 inches and many grow to 9 or 12....they also can live for 15 -20 years in the home aquaruim.
your tank should be at 27c +/- 2c.
more research is needed to be done before you buy or add anything else to your tank, and if you do have a parasite problem, that must be corrected first, or you will loose fish

Your tank is too small for your current fish, let alone trying to stuff in more fish. Both the Powder Brown and Emperor need to be taken back to the store, and start the tank over with proper size fish.
I also find how an Ich goes from a problem, to very much cured in 3 hours, very interesting....

Give your fish to someone with a proper sized tank for them. Those fish need at least a 6 foot long, 125 gallon or larger tank.
Since you had ich at once time, I would also get rid of the clown and leave the tank without any fish for at least 6 weeks. This will allow you to know for certain that there is NO ich in the tank. During this time, set up a small 10-20 gallon quarantine/hospital tank as well. All new fish should be put in this tank first and observed to make sure there are no parasites, especially if you're considering doing a reef tank in the future. Parasites are very hard to get rid of in a reef tank and it's very difficult to catch a fish that needs to be treated in a reef setting without tearing the reef apart, which is something that most of us consider a last resort. Also get rid of any snails, shrimp, anything living except the sand and rocks. If you really want to be sure, run your tank under hypo salinity and then recycle it.
After your tank has been fishless for AT LEAST 6 weeks (or you recycle it or run hypo) a better stock list would look like this:
2 Ocellaris or Percula Clownfish
1 Dwarf Angelfish
1 Blenny
1 Goby
1 Flasher or Fairy Wrasse
and Possibly one other small fish such as a Basslet or Firefish
It is my honest opinion that you should try to start from scratch and cycle the tank again, and while it cycles, set up a hospital tank and do as much research as possible on the fish you may want to have in your tank in the future. You'll have a good 6-8 weeks to do your research before the first fish can even be considered so do a lot of research about how large the fish grow, what their feeding requirements are, how aggressive they are, what size tank they need, etc. Anything that pertains to the well being of keeping the fish.
Good luck.

I agree that all the fish you have, except the clownfish, will not be adequately accommodated in your current size tank. The fish suggested by BTLDreef is good, however, do not add those fish all at once.
The best choice, is for you to do a considerable amount of research about the fish that you would like to have and then make decisions that are suited to what you want and the size tank you have.
