Give your fish to someone with a proper sized tank for them. Those fish need at least a 6 foot long, 125 gallon or larger tank.
Since you had ich at once time, I would also get rid of the clown and leave the tank without any fish for at least 6 weeks. This will allow you to know for certain that there is NO ich in the tank. During this time, set up a small 10-20 gallon quarantine/hospital tank as well. All new fish should be put in this tank first and observed to make sure there are no parasites, especially if you're considering doing a reef tank in the future. Parasites are very hard to get rid of in a reef tank and it's very difficult to catch a fish that needs to be treated in a reef setting without tearing the reef apart, which is something that most of us consider a last resort. Also get rid of any snails, shrimp, anything living except the sand and rocks. If you really want to be sure, run your tank under hypo salinity and then recycle it.
After your tank has been fishless for AT LEAST 6 weeks (or you recycle it or run hypo) a better stock list would look like this:
2 Ocellaris or Percula Clownfish
1 Dwarf Angelfish
1 Blenny
1 Goby
1 Flasher or Fairy Wrasse
and Possibly one other small fish such as a Basslet or Firefish
It is my honest opinion that you should try to start from scratch and cycle the tank again, and while it cycles, set up a hospital tank and do as much research as possible on the fish you may want to have in your tank in the future. You'll have a good 6-8 weeks to do your research before the first fish can even be considered so do a lot of research about how large the fish grow, what their feeding requirements are, how aggressive they are, what size tank they need, etc. Anything that pertains to the well being of keeping the fish.
Good luck.
