Does anyone know why I cant PM? It says administrator had diabled PM...How can i fix it?

I don't believe that they allow Private Messages on this board. Just the way that the board administrator has set it up.

I fairly sure that the button is built into the board programming (they either got this software for free or paid for it) and unless they know how to write the code to remove it, it's going to stay there.
