You can use a phospate sponge. There is one put out by Kent.
This is only a quick fix. Do you know why you have phospates?
Are you using tap water?
How long have you had your tank, and how big. Give any information you can about your system.

Along with the advice mentioned above, a good old fashioned water change.
You must find the source to keep your phosphates at an acceptable level.
