anyway i can fish pods out of my old tank and inti my new? or is that something that just has to happen over time?

Move some rock from the old tank to the new tank, or move some filter pads over

ive moved alot of rock so far and still need to add more, but they are so think in my old tank i can see them swimming in what almost seems like schools under certain rocks

How about syphoning some into a bucket and sccoping them out with a brine shrimp net?
