pods?

I think I have pods... Are they tiny tiny sized white bug looking creatures that hang around the glass? I also see extremely tiny snails with shells. theyre probably as big as this "o".
Anyways are these good?
And.. I'm about to move. If I start all over (new water and all) will these guys grow back? I've barely had my tank up a lil over a month and just barely started noticing critters. I dont think its even cycled yet.

Oh and on one of my LRs, I see a spider web goo spitting out from a spot. Can't see where its really coming from though. Any idea on what it is? bad or good?
