Pods?

Well I have these really tiny critters in my tank. They are so small I couldnt get a pic worth posting and they all seem to stay close to the bottom of the tank near my live sand. They are off white I guess but I cant see any other features, Anybody have a clue what I am talking about?

Also they seem to be darting around pretty fast as well.

How come everyone has pods but me? Should I buy some? Tank is about 2 1/2 months old, haven't seen anything like them.

do they look like little white shrimp because my i woke up my tank was full of them are they good ????

I really can't see any distiguishable features other than there off white and they move pretty fast while attached to my glass.

thanks, there aren't as many as there were this afternoon. i think my filter got a lot of them.
