zoanthids & palys... umm and probably others. i always frag outside the DT though so if you do that & rinse the coral off you dont really have to worry about much. what corals were you planning on fragging?

xenia, a yellow leather, and a colt or kenya tree (can't officially tell, came free with the "mystery coral package" when u order $150s off SWF.com)

BTW im kinda new to fragging and was jsut wondering if its possible to frag plate corals (probably not) and/or frogspawn.%

Wear gloves, like Drs. glove with no powder. Wear eye protection. Don't stick you fingers in your mouth or touch anything that is goint in your mouth until you have washed with strong soap and hot water.
Nothing really scary just take the right precautions. Poisonous is one thing, the multitudes of bacteria are every bit as dangerous.
Frag and attach to a new pc of substrate, shell, rock whatever. Rinse off the coral in some clean saltwater temp salinity and ph matched to your DT or frag tank before placing them in.
You can frag plates and frogs. Do some searching for coral fragging videos.
