Flame Angel. Much more brighter color, and a lot more to compliment the tank. But then again, how about getting another Coral Beauty so you don't make your system look identical to mine.
Come to think of it actually, once you get the appropriate amount of LR and DSB in your tank, you probably shouldn't get a fish that is big as a pygmy angel. So, to be safe, I would recommend nixing this idea all together. Stick with the smaller fish. Cause keep in mind also, you don't have a skimmer either. And your filter is not good. And a fish as big as a pygmy angel will throw your entire tank's water quality off big-time.
As is, your 29 isn't really appropriate for a pygmy with just the small pieces of LR that are in it now. There are some basslets that would fulfill the same color as the pygmy angels you are asking about, but remain only about 1.5 to 3 inches max and don't stress the bioload as much. Just something to consider.
