Polup or anemone?? Help ID please

I bought this rock a few weeks ago. I was told it was some sort of Gold Speckeled something?? Ive been watching it and it seems to me like it may be a rock of pretty nussance anemones??? But im not sure so I thought Id ask. I see one "polup" is in the middle of another plug of my Duncans. They seem to float around every now and then. Should I take the rock out and juice it or is this safe????

they do not look like any polyp i have ever seen nut i could be wrong you might want to wait for someone who knows.
