i got 5 damsels and 1 luana wrasse are they ok w/ that

According to Michael's "Marine Fishes" your wrasse will "eat small fishes, ornamental crustaceans, and many other motile invertebrates including snails, serpent stars, bristleworms, and mantis shrimp"
It that is the case, your best clean up options will be to vaccuum the tank periodically, and be sure to keep a brisk flow in the tank to keep detritus moving around. Also be sure your skimmer is functioning well.
