Poor Man's CO2

Other than blowing bubbles with a straw all day, anyone remember how to make the poor man's CO2 injector with a 2 liter bottle and yeast or something?
Until I have the scratch for another reef tank, I have been toying around with a 6 gallon eclipse that used to be in my office. I threw some old pc lights in it and have been trying to grow plants in it with mixed success.
(I suppose I could look it up on the net, but I thought I would start here.)
Any help would be appreciated.
