pop-eye help

I have been fighting ich for some time now, but it seemed to jump from fish to fish, and ever hurt anyone. i keep up with my water changes and have ordered ich from nosickfish.com to finaly take care of it. ( i hope); but my glass eye has a crazy bactrial infection and i wanted to see what you guys think. one expert says i should pop it. treating with melafix and priafix

What are the water reading of your tank? And what medication do you plan to use to treat the ich??
Unless you have a QT, there is not a lot you can do to treat the popeye. It looks like that fish is going to need antibiotics, which can not be dosed into your display.

feeding with garlic and Metronidazole and focus.
melafix and pimafix are in the tank now
FWLR setup, no coral
i have a QT tank ,and i take fish to do hypo, but there too many fish

what about popping it with a clean needle? I seems like it needs to be popped
