How do I treat pop eye. My clown fish has it, he is in a hospital tank along with another clown and an anemone that I am nursing back to health.
can I dose them together?
Please help my clown begs you

Is the clown new? If it is new then his eye was likely scraped on the net from the LFS. That will heal on it's own if it is not bad. If it is bad then the anemone has to come out so that you can use medication. What is wrong with the other clown?

no he has been in my tank for several months, the anemone he lived in died
so he took up residence in a green nepthia. he was fine for months, in the last week his eye poped out. I took him out of my reef tank and put him the hospital tank

not sure about the other clown he stoped eating, had faint white spots, most of witch have gone away... now he's eating but I cant catch him to put him back in the big tank. The anemone was the size of a small dish (6") now hes only about 3" . Its a green carpet (My Icon). It wont open except to eat

What are the water reading in the display? It sounds like something is going on in there. The white marks, if they were just discoloration, are from stress. You can use Maracyn 2 for SW for the pop eye, but the anemone has to come out.

i can put the anemone in the display tank. or take the live rock out there is nothing else in the LR tank
