A great combination. But if your profile is current and your tank is a 55, that's way too small for either one of these fish. A small puffer will be ok in a 55 for a while, but they get huge. The harlequin tusks on the market are usually way too big for a 55. Both of these fish will eventually eat all the inverts you have listed too. If you now have bigger tank; great!
