can i put porcelain crabs in with clowns after the tank has been set up for 2-3 weeks?

By "set up" do you mean it's been running for those 2-3 weeks or it's been cycled for 2-3 weeks? It's OK to put in a porcelain crab as long as your cycle has completed. If the cycle is not complete I wouldn't put anything alive in as you risk killing it and will definitely put it through some rough times.
