porcupine puffer/clown trigger hardiness?

I recently disrupted my bio filter and was wondering if my porcupine puffer and clown trigger are hary enough to undergo the nitrification cycling taking place?

I have absolutely no experience with puffers, so I couldn't tell you anything there, but Triggers are generally tough as nails. I doubt you'll have a problem with the trigger, they'll handle a bit of ammonia and nitrites with no problem... just not too much.
If I were you, I'd test the ammonia in your water daily and use a chemical neutralizer like Prime, etc if it starts to spike. Use a half dose so as not to completely neutralize ammonia, as some is needed to keep the cycle going.
