Porcupine puffer needs help

our porcupine puffer had like a white dot on his back and it has been like 2 days and it seems as though it has spred and is now taking over his whole body. It sort of seems like it is eating at his skin. Any suggestions as to what it might be and the treatment. He is laying at the bottom of our tank. We also did a fresh water dip. All levels of the tank are fine and so are the other fish.
Thank You

Looks like ich to me. Have you added a new fish to this tank resently???
Do you have a hopital tank?? Probably not, otherwise, you would have quarantined fish first, thus avoiding bringing a contagious parasite into your system. :( It is probably impracticable to try and treat all those fish you have in your aggressive setup in a hospital tank, but, all fish will need to be treated nonetheless.
Does the aggressive have LR, LS, inverts? I can see that it already has a shark in it, which means you can't use hyposalinity on that shark.
Please check in the Aggressive Forum to see IF sharks tolterate copper....I don't believe that they tolerate copper, and I know they don't tolerate hyposalinity---which are the only treatments for ich.
No more FW dips.

Yes, he was quarantined and he was in that tank for 30 days. No it is not ick. No we havent added anything else in the tank. And what ever it is has deflated his eyes.
No sharks can not handle copped or low salintity
we also have a 55 as a Q-Tank
and the shark is in there right now getting quarantined
We also have a hippo tang and he had ick along time ago and he got fresh water dipS and is now swimming about and is one of our healthiest fish
Also in an aggresive setup why would i have inverts in there???
yes it has live rock and live sand
Also i am not an infant in the saltwater world
