Porcupine puffer wont eat!!

Hi,
I recieved my porcupine puffer Tuesday of this week, and it won't eat anything. I tried live brine shrimp, goldfish, flake and frozen food. It is just laying at the bottom of the tank for the most part of the day, and it occasionally swims around. I put him in a quarantine tank, and he still does the same thing. I also recieved a Tang, and an Eel and they are doing well, so I don't think it's the water quality. Any suggestions???

Maybe he is just adjusting to his new environment. I believe Puffers tend to be shy when you first get them. Have you tried frozen Krill? Hope everything goes well.
