Pork Puff w/ICH and lockjaw

Been using SeaCure copper for 4 days as directed on box to treat ICH on puffer and a few other fish in same tank. ICH is starting to dieoff fish but puffer is having difficulty chomping down on his food. I think the copper is giving him this issue as he didn't have it prior to the outbreak or copper treatment. Should I remove all copper and just do hypo since the fish that were badly affected by the ICH are doing better thanks to the copper?
I'm not new to the hobby just to diseases. The only thing I had to treat fast before this was anchorworms. As I said no fish are laboring to breathe now but ICH is still on a few but not nearly covering them as it was. I was planning on doing hypo once the copper treatment was completed just to kill all ICH, but the puffer having trouble moving his jaw has gotten me cocerned. It just happened at today's feeding before that he was fine. Copper level is on the high end of treatment scale, so that may be a player in this. It's .20 instead of the reccommend .15 but not in the danger level of .25 or higher.
I'll check it in the morning and do a half dose or none at all depending on my readings.

Since no one is offering help, I did some of my own research. It is normal for puffers to lose appetite or have difficulty eating due to copper. Most puffs can go weeks without eating as well. No other fish are having problems so I'm going to carry on with the copper as reccommend on the bottle and then do a 30% change of water and add carbon and cuprisorb to remove all copper. Then let the tank set at 1.007 salinity for a month to kill any and all ICH. Chances are it will be several months to years before I'll see an outbreak of this magnitude in that tank again.
