porkepine fish is not swiming right

i got my porkiepine fish last week and he not eating and start not swiming right try kirll dont eat and the water am 0 and nirte 0 and 10 and ph 8.2 and its a 55 gallon tank

Sometimes it takes a little while for a porc puffer to eat. I would give it a few more days. How is he swimming funny? Do you see any white spots on him?
