porky with ick?

I have just got a porky about a 3 weeks ago. I know i should have qt'd him longer but i have a naughty cbs in my qt. well anyway, i just noticed that he looks like he has ick all over all of his fins, do they look like that or is it ick? he eats good and seems to just fine, but it sure looks like ick, all other fish in tank including yellow tang have no spots.

well i took the killer cbs out of qt and put him in a tub and put porky in qt. started hypo because im pretty sure it is ick, because i didnt notice it when i got him but it seems to be getting worse.
