so i have been cycling my tank for about a week and a half now ( a little less)
and i bought live rock from a LFS that seemed to be in the tank for a while. naively putting it in my tank

then lately i have been noticing these worm like things. that i only see when i turn on the light after it being off for a while. and when i lift up rocks.
they are rather small but are orangy-red with what appears to be black inside. well here is a photo of one.

are they good, bad?
should i go on a worm hunt?

let me know, thanks!

look like this?
color wise, yes.
but these seem very small. not bigger then my pinky nail. and havent developed distinctive body features. thats why i believe them to be baby bristle. but the the colors in the photo is exact just much smaller.
heres a link to a photo.. i guess it got taken off my last post?
tell me what you think.. bristles? should i leave them?
