i was just wondering if a fish can pass a desease on it's own.. like if it had ich.. popeye.. or such.. will/or a fish's immune system overcome a illness if it was minor.. or is the fish only chance of life lies in our hands and experties..???
You'll get varing opinions, but in most systems with most hobbyists, its up to us to take care of it. In the wild, a fish is not in a captive contained environment and can fend off most problems. Not so with the small confines of the aquairum.
