Possible Ick??

Sorry to sound ingnorant, but does salt water and fresh water ick look the same?? My flame angel which I bought Sunday night is suddenly covered in white spots.
What do I need to do?? Please any help would be great!:help:

Can anybody give me some help with this??
If it is ick - I don't want the rest of my tank becoming infected.
