Possible new tank

I may be starting a new tank. I will be ordering it from Glasscages. It is going to be a frag tank. 36x36x10 H with a 36x36x30 H stand.
1.) What type of skimmer would be good?
2.) I would prefer to go with MH's but I havent decided which brand, fixture type, or reflectors.
3.) I may get Vortech powerheads.
4.) I will be adding an overflow but I don't know the sump size.
5.) Should I go with live sand, live rock, or should I get macro/man-made rock and dead sand?
This will be mainly all coral with only a few fish. Possibly a tang or a wrasse. Something with movement.
As you can all tell, this is a rough start but I would like to get things into order.
If this was your build, how would you do it?
All input is appreciated. When you respond, please write as much as possible.

If it were my build...
1. I would get a super reef octopuss skimmer xp1000 or xp2000.
2. I would do some more efficient lighting, like LED or T5's, since MH is not needed for a 10" deep tank.
3. Don't have much experience with the Vortech ph's but I may be purchasing them for my new build. They seem pretty good.
4. I would have internal overflows built into the tank by glasscages...for sure. Not, external! Sump size depends on what you could fit under the stand. The bigger the better. Off the top of my head, maybe something creative with two 20G tanks.
5. I would get live sand and rock...but that's a personal choice.
I would also look into a titanium heater and an Eheim return pump.
You can't put a Tang in a tank that size with those dimensions. It's just not reasonable...tangs get big and need a lot more room than that to swim around in. That would be like you trying to live inside of your bedroom closet. Hardly very much room in there to live and you would go coocoo after a while.
Just my thoughts off the top of my head.

Nice size tank!!!!!! I've dealt with GlassCages several times in the past and have always gotten good results, and easy to deal with. I don't think they will do external overflows. I had spoken with them a couple months ago, and had asked that question and was more a liability issue......As far as lighting I would look LED as Corey had suggested, but since you mentioned MH's I would either use IceCap or CoralVue(dimmable) ballast. Reflector wise is a no brainer IMHO......The LumenBright reflector would be all you need for this puppy.....Vortech's would be a good choice, but actually I could see myself drilling it and going wild keeping the tank clean and using a OM 4way and going CL.....I'd either go BB or think/consider a faux sandbed.....I keep saying I'm going to play around with that idea.....
