We all like to discuss and talk about our ponies and the enviornment we have created for them.
How about we post a few pictures of our little corals. I'd like to see everyone elses!
I'm sure I could get a few ideas for my tank from you guy's tanks!... Here are a few pictures of mine.
The first couple are full shots from different sides, the 3rd one is the Rock and Snickers, then the last one is Elvis (I think he's pregnant)

here are a couple that I had a few years back. to bad they were wild cought so they only one survived long term and thats also why they are in a reef with stinging corals that was the only option that I had to try to keep them alive

I have fallen in love with my mini horses. Dwarf seahorses are so irresistible and cute.

yeah I loved her appendages to. She is still alive and going the 2 males didnt make it. she was actually weaned to frozen foods which is rare for wild horses!! I was very lucky with her I sold her before I moved back to Arkansas from Texas. The males had babies right after I had them but I wasnt setup for them so I couldnt get any of the babies raised,

Nice pics Lisa.... I'm thinking about starting another horse tank. Both of my kudas died a few months ago.

Alyssia,
I'm sorry to hear about your horses. I've been completely enjoying my pair and find something new about them almost every day. Let us know when you get your tank going again. We would love to see your set up, and your new ponies.

These little horses are amazing. Much easier than the full size horses~ if you have the time to hatch the baby brine. Seahorses being predators, I am a lot more confident that these little dwarves are eating their fill. The live brine are much more attractive than frozen ordurves. Each day I feed aprox 100~150 baby brine shrimp that has been gut loaded. These little horses are like CIA snippers. The bbs dissapear with in the hour.

These are some awsome pictures everyone!! Those are cool looking Sea Horses Mike! I'm glad to hear that the female is still going strong. Lisa, your tank is beautiful! I love the color contrast in your tank. The Rock and Snickers are Kuda's, along with the other 3 in the tank. It amazes me how much they can alter their color. Elvis can go from a greyish black to a creamy white with maroon stripes in a matter of seconds. Simply amazing to me! Rykna, I can see why you are so attached to those little guys already! They are the coolest! I'm glad to hear all is going well with them!! Alyssia, I too am sorry to hear about your ponies. I can't wait to see some pics of the new ones you'll get some day. Darth, that tank is really nice! Are you going to start another one? Great Pics everyone!! Keep them coming. I'll put a couple more on tomorrow, I'm at work now.

May start another one, but after that one I did 150 gallon seahorse tank for a while, I need a change of pace for a bit.

flpriest,
Thank you very much. Navajo is doing great, but I still keep a close eye on her during feeding time. She's really doing well in that area...I think that she finds a lot of pods on some days, and just isn't interested in meals from time to time.
Now that time has taken it's toll, of course the colors in my tank are not quite as vibrant, but I'm working on it. I still think that my sh tank is beautiful, but you know how these things evolve.
I can't believe that your seahorses are Kuda!! Mine, being very young are just in the beginning stages of turning color...both just starting the to turn that beautiful silver. Apache (my male) is consistently showing the lighter color, and Navajo is just begginning to show it more and more. They're funny, aren't they?
I agree Darth, I would love to see a new set up by you. WOW!! ?That set up is awesome!! I love this thread...I'm always in the market for new ideas.
Hopefully more will post pics

I can relate with your wondering about seahorses getting enough to eat. I think that I've finally got a handle on it...but then again...do I? Hmmmm.

Wish I had pics of the 150 gallon, that was awesome, especially with the yellow tang, mandarin goby, neon velvet damsel and 2 figi foxfaces, hawkfish and psuedo in with 6 horses......
