can someone post pictures of bubble corals, hairy mushrooms, starburst polyps, flourescent green star polyps, fluorescent tip toarch coral, Alastomussa Wellsi, or Green Starpolyps. If you could, tell me where they are at in your tank, and what kind of lighting is required for these. Im trying to get a better understanding of these corals, and if they are sutiable for me or not. Thanks!

Not sure if this is what u are looking for.
My star polyps:
1st pic is in 30G, PC lighting, 1/2 way up tank on rock.
2nd pic in 100G, VHO lighting, 1/2 - 3/4 up tank on rock
From my reading and limited understanding (not an expert by any means
) they are relatively easy to care for, medium lighting and decent water flow. Some of the easiest "coral" to take care of vs. hard corals of course.
Hope they help. - Dxtr -

Here is one of my favorite pics of my GSP colony with my scarlet hermit.
The second is of the entire colony. It is about 10 inches across and 7 or 8 inches wide! Started out as a 2"x2" plug!!!

With the right lighting and current conditions, it took about 6 months. I have fragged it off about 7 or 8 times since getting it 2 years ago. I simply put a rock on either side of it, and it grows onto it!

You might want to consider a better skimmer. Yours isnt getting all those letters out of your water.

Here is a "Pearl Bubble", Physogyra lichtensteini:

In this picture it was under 300w of VHO in a 29 gallon tank... it died in Hurricane Katrina.
