Please post some pics of your chillers because I'm getting some new MH lighting and I would like to see some chillers.

This is my 5 year old CSL chiller just like the one wax posted that I removed the housing and built a new one out of styrofoam that helps to quite it and the boards seal the inside of the cabinet around a vent hole in that side of the cabinet so the air blows out. I also have an air filter on the inside intake there. This helps to pull the air thru the cabinet and helps to cool the MH ballest as well as gas exchange over the fuge. All seems to work to plan just great.
