Powder Blue Grouper

Does anyone know the scientific name for the powder blue grouper. In the last week i have seen this fish at 3 diff. LFS and have been unable to find him on google. Is this a real name? It is a blue w/ white blotches and a yello tail.

i dont think it is real, kinda sounds like a blue dot grouper

its a blue cod grouper, well thats what the lfs told me. i use to have one..they get huge..but really pretty

i looked up blue cod grouper and didnt match but while i did i found a pic that looks similar to what i saw but the 3 i saw didnt have that much yellow and had brighter blotches of white
