Powder Blue Tang and Ducan Coral

According to many sources Powder Blue Tangs are reef safe, but mine just keeps picking on some corals. First, it ripped apart a large green flower pot that I bought and now it's picking on my Duncan, but it doesn't bother anything else. Does anyone have this combo? How are they doing together?

What, and how often, do you feed the tang?
Also, what size tank are we talking about?

any fish has the potential to be a coral nipper. i've had a few various tangs that did that. sorry for your trouble, but once they find corals tasty, they always will.

i agree with Mr. X. i have a large Sailfin tang every day i see him trying to eat different corals of mine. he is always trying to eat some. i feed him 3 times a day but its still not enough for him i guess.
