Powder Blue Tang Bitten?

I looked at my PB Tang and it had 2 gashes, one on each side of his head. One is deeper than the other. He was laying low then, now a couple hours later, he is swimming upside down and not looking good at all. The only fish that could have done this would be the Snowflake eel. Could this be a bite.. Is my PB toast?

I was thinking that myself. Unfortunately the Tang died early this morning. It stinks, he was a very active healthy fish. I have to figure out how to break this streak of bad fortune.

Upon a brief autopsy, The bite was symmetrical and deep. Looks like it might have damaged the brain.
I've lost 3 fish this August... They say sometimes bad luck happens in 3's. Meanwhile i'm gonna be searching for a Aquatic Luck Charm.
