powder blue tang

i thought the powder blue tang was reef safe,mine has atacked my yellow polups,do i have to get rid of him?i have had him for 2 years now. :help:

Well, it looks like you will have to either move him to a different tank, trade him, or give up on reefs...

I think yellow polyps should be called NOT reef safe. For some reason they are one of the few corals that a lot of reefsafe fish and inverts will eat. They must be like candy or something. Try a different coral. If you have a established Powder then consider yourself Lucky.
