Hello, Ive got a small powder blue tang from this site and hes looking well. Ive, no experience with this fish, wondering what tips there are for feeding him, and general helpful suggestions to keeping this guy alive and happy. hes in a tank with no hostile tank mates, 1 cleaner shrimp 80 lbs of live rock 70 lbs of live and a decent water movement set up. He looks happy but hes not eating the seaweed sheet yet because i dont think he reconizes it as food. Thanks for your help.

uurrrggghhh ....what size tank? did you acclimate him properly try a veriety of foods formula 1/2 get creative...add garlic enriched foods...how long has your tank been "established" i would say that a power blue tang is picky and likes to swim make
sure your levels are stable and good luck i love these fish and hate to see them suffer. ***)

powder blues are very active fish and very big eaters. they need a wide variety of foods rich in spirulina, like spirulina formula, seaweed select sheets, mysis shrimp is also good for them. it is also good to soak all their foods in vita- chem or some other vitamin. good luck.
