I looked at your profile - definitely not a fish for a 28g nano. lol 90g tanks aren't but 4 foot wide. You'll need at least an 8 foot tank for a powder blue / powder brown tang. They are long distance swimmers, and need a lot of room. They also get very big, and eat a lot.

Awesome fish. I've been very happy with mine. As far as tangs go they are of a smaller variety than the majority of other choices out there. And there are certainly others on this site who have been keeping larger tangs in 90g tanks for long term such as the regal tangs. Provided that you have some open room and lots of areas that it can swim in and out of the rock work I think you could do it. I got mine a little over a year ago when it was about the size of a silver dollar and so far it's been doing well in my 50g while waiting for my 120g to get finished. But it is about time that he gets into his new home pretty soon. I've moved this fish and the tank that it is in 3 times since I've had it and so far haven't had any issues with Ich. But I did get it from a reputable place in town who quarantines and treated with copper before it was sold to me and I've always quarantined after each move and kept a careful eye on all of my fish. Very active, voracious eater, definitely the boss in my tank but not near as aggressive as my ocelarris clown towards my other fish. If you do get one for your 90g build make sure it's the last fish that you add to the tank. And I'd recommend that it be the only tang that you add to the tank.

That might work if you get them all while they're fairly small. I don't have any experience with the butterflies.
