I have a fish only tank and plan on keeping that way for awhile i was just wondering if there is an advantage of having a power compact light over regular florecent. Is there any benefit with the power compact?

the pc casts a lot more light...the tank will be a lot brighter and focused. definately go with the pc...i also have a fish only tank with live rock and it really makes the live rock come alive...plus the colors on your fish will really pop. flourecent is dull and casts a lot of shadows...like an office
