I usually run a 12 hour cycle w/actinics on an hour earlier and an hour later than the other lights.

I need to get some timers for mine. Its better to be on a schedule.
when you get your timers dont get the ones that they make for this hobby go to homedepot and they have digital timers for like 7 bucks best ones i have had yet. very programmable
