power head question

Just wondering, is it possable to have too much water flow, like too many powerheads in a tank, or is it like live rock where more is better?

I think everyone with a Reef should aim for 20x turnover. but you can put as much as you want as long as things are not flying everywere

yes it is posible to have too much flow in a tank...you dont want a hurricane or anything but a significant amount of flow is good...i believe its 10 to 15 gph of flow per gallon of tank size(hopefully i didnt confuse you there, i almost confused myself typing it!!) once you get into adding corals and different sealife in there you will need to follow the flow guidlines for those creatures...but as a staple it is 10 to 15 gph of flow per gallon in tank
