Power Heads is this enough? have no clue!

I know this is another dumb question but here it is. I have a 55 gallon tank. I need to know if I have enough movement in the tank. I have 2 Rio 600's, emperor filter, and a US aquarium Skimmer with another Rio 600 on that. DO I have enough water movement? Where should I place the power heads Please help

you need to have like 60% of your watermovement on the surface and 40 on the bottom. Many people use wave makers. Someone (i forgot who) makes a powerstrip that cycles the power for you on 3 powerheads.
