Just wondering if there is a such thing as to much water flow. The reason I ask is I bought 2 Rio 600's for my thirty gal tank was just wondering if 2 are to much the water seems to be flowing pretty good.

Well if you have the 200gph rio600UL then that should give you 13.333 turnover rate, thats not bad at all. Should be fine.
For your next power head I suggest you look at maxi jets.

i have a 75 gallon with two maxi-jet 1200's and my return pump is a ca-1800.. think that is enough flow? while we are on this topic, i thought i might as well jump in.. no thread-jacking intended..

cain420 ~ your ca1800 does what 650gph right? you will have to subtract for the head pressure for every vertical foot and right angles. However with 2 MJ1200's thats 295gph added to whatever you get with the ca1800 on a 75 gallon tank so at just a guess even if I took 100gph away right now for the ca1800 that would be 590 + 550 or 1140gph / 75 gallons = 15.2 which is fine also, but I suspect its even less than that.

Is that all you have are power heads or do you have a return pump also, or HOB filters or canisters, what else do you have total gph?
