Power heads

I have a 150 gallon month old tank. I have 2 Koralia 3 (850 gps) power heads and think I need more flow I was going to add more 2 Koralia 1 (400 gph) is that to much flow or not enough? and thoughs

the k1 don't put out that much flow, you wont really notice it in your tank. I would either add more 3's you might possibly be able to get away with 2's. Just my .02

upgrade to 2 k 4s ? thats what i put in my 125 and it seems to be doing good

Thanks for the input I think I am going to go with 4 Koralia 3's I think it will let me get more directions covered

I have a 175 gallon display, using 2 #4's and @ #3's
The #1 will not push enough flow...

The 3s will get it done for a 4 foot long tank, for anything bigger i would go with the 4s.

are you putting these on a wave maker? I just bought two #3 and want to put them on a wavemaker.

Koralias and wavemakers dont mix. Unless you have the koralia controler kit. look that one up its really cool. A lfs has a 2x koralia 3 wave maker set up really works great. But I think the phs for those are a little different then the standard ones.

not positive though.
4 3's will be great.
