what way to turn spouts on power heads ive seen them turned down towards the bottom and have seen them turned towards the top what way is best

yiour choice, if the heads are strong and pointed too low, it may blow the sand, but other than that, it is up to you. I could have at least one pointed up, to agitate the surface
