Power heads???

I have a 48 gal tank currently with a lot of live rock. I'm trying to put anenomes and other coral that likes to be in a current. Someone told me to get a power head for my output nozzel.
I currently have a Fluval 204 that pumps 180 GPH. will increasing it with a powerhead help???

A power head is a stand alone pump that goes in the tank. Yes, it will help with current flow. In a tank that size one small one in the opposite direction of your return should do the trick.
