Do they make power compacts that are 18" long if so what is the Wattage and where can I find them?

I've never seen a 18", but Jalli makes a 12" and CSL makes a 15" if you can use them. There both available at Premiun Aquatics. HTH

THEROCK...I have a 35g hex too and I'm using JBJ lighting PC with 2 55w 10000k and 2 55w actinics. You can't use your hood and the lights will sit across the tank. There's a thin glass that protect the bulbs. This also comes with a cooling fan.

how is the JBJ working out? I'm looking at a 36" 2-96watt for my 30g. This is all my LFS carries and it looks pretty durable.
