hey, i am thinking about swiching from pc's to the powerbright LED lights can any one tell me some good info on them. do any of you use them? any help or knowledge you have on them would help.

They are meant for supplimental lighting, not to replace what you already have. If you wanted to go with a pure LED system for your main source of lighting look into the Sfilogoi, Aquaillumination, and maybe the PFO Solaris. They are expensive and most don't live up to what they claim they can do.
If you're looking to upgrade I'd go for either T5ho or metal halides. Both are far more powerful than PC and will let you keep whatever you wanted given the right setup.
