Powerhead help please

I have an 80 bow 48"
It is slowly becoming a reef tank and I hope to keep corals and maybe an anemone.
Any suggestions as to the best submersible powerheads as far as gph and how many total?
Important to me stuff...quiet, submersible, small in overall size, run reasonably cool, directional would be nice and did I mention quiet?
Price is not my biggest concern but I don't want to get silly.

korallias are good, as well as tunze turbelle streams and nanostreams. whats nice about the tunze is some of the units can be hooked up to a controller so you can control speed etc. korallias are cheaper and produce nice wide-spread flow.

Ive been told by many LFS the Korillas are very good and thinking of getting a few to try .
