powerhead or powerheads gph for 29 gallon tank?

setting up my fish only tank wondering how manypowerheads and how much gph i need for a 29 gal setup

I use 2 powerheads in my 29 gallon. I believe the flow sould be 5 or 10 x Galllons..

For a fish only setup, I would recommend starting with at least two powerheads in the 200gph range (about 10x's or 15x's turnover). Aim them so that they are deflecting off of each other and off of the glass to help spread the flow to every nook and cranny of the tank. Add more powerheads if you have trouble getting flow spread throughout the tank.
