Powerhead Question

What size powerhead is good for a 10G tank? Currently I have a Maxijet 900 in there which is rated for 230GPH I believe. I also have a Penguin 125 on there which is another 125GPH. Is this to much flow? I have 2 Percula Clowns and they don't seem to mind to much, or at least I don't think so.

The Penguin 125 is a filter. I've heard this may not be needed in a saltwater tank but an unsure about it. Are you saying I should take the filter off and just have the powerhead in there? I'm pretty new to saltwater. I inherited the fish, live rock, etc. with a 125G tank I bought and put some in a 10G that I had and passed the rest to a friend of mine.

thats about a 35X turnover rate which is okay if you have a lot of corals and LR. If just a little LR and a fish that might be a little high.
