Powerhead suggestions anyone?

I want to get another powerhead for my fishtank, its a 22g.. any idea what GPH i should be looking at? i want to move the water around a lil bit not blow sand and coral around

Maybe try a Maxijet 900. I'd avoid going any bigger, and Maxijet is a good brand.

900? doesnt that seem like alot? i have a smaller PH but dont know the GPH, id like to add another

Maxijet 900 pumps 230gph
Maxijet 600 pumps 160gph
Not sure if you were already aware of these powerheads, but I think a combination of these two powerheads would suit you perfectly.

Everyone has varying opinions, but I think generally minimum GPH is around 10x, max is around 20x or more for a small tank.
So 22 gal X 10 is 220 gph.
22 gal x 20 is 440, but that may be overkill in a 22 gal.
I would suggest 2 smaller powerheads in opposite directions to create some flow/chaos that would equal around a 15x per hour, or around 330 gph total....
I know it sounds like a lot, but it really isnt.
